Workstation Support Analyst:
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing and correcting software, hardware, or connectivity problems and connecting hardware components and devices.
Responsible for installing and supporting Windows OS including command line & client support and providing System configuration imaging and troubleshooting.
You may also be responsible for installs & configuring laptops and other mobile devices and support applications to ensure connectivity for end- users.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field 2 years of work experience in support of configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware Compensation/
