We're looking for a hardworking, dedicated worker who can monitor the maintenance crews and ensure everything is running smoothly.
The Supervisor will be responsible for managing employees and making sure they are all working diligently, monitoring the production line and making sure everything is running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is a natural leader who can take charge, has great interpersonal skills and can effectively lead team members to deliver the highest service quality.

We are looking for a hands-on person who enjoys helping customers and leading and motivating people.

Daily and weekly scheduling and management of at least 3-4 maintenance crews.
Assists in preparing and maintaining its upkeep standards, inventory, and safety policies and procedures.
Ensures all staff members are following health and safety regulations.
Provides solutions to common maintenance problems, as well as emergency repairs.
Makes suggestions and provides direction to staff when necessary.
Assist in maintaining landscapes.
Assist in keeping equipment in good condition.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a Maintenance Supervisor.
Knowledge of landscape maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
Knowledge of irrigation systems and programming Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
A basic knowledge of computer programs used for work-related purposes such as google drive/sheets Job Type:
