Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals with the Elders ,special needs, including those with Autism, - Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met - Implement behavior management strategies as directed by supervisors or social workers - Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care - Lift and transfer individuals as needed, using proper lifting techniques - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of personal information Skills:
- First aid knowledge and ability to respond to medical emergencies - Experience working with individuals with Elders ,Autism or other special needs is preferred - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals who may have challenging behaviors This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing quality care for individuals with special needs.
