Our Director of Hospitality works in the front of our office and is responsible for the first impressions our company makes on everyone who walks through the door.
Therefore, the ideal candidate for this position is outgoing, thoroughly enjoys helping others, enjoys conversation and getting to know the agents in the office, & is a learning-based person who is always wanting to improve themselves personally and professionally.
Applicants should have outstanding people skills, outstanding communications skills, be able to thrive in a busy work environment, and enjoy systems, processes and data entry.
We are looking for the helpful, smiling face you'd want to see when you walk through the door of any local business.
Applicants should be comfortable with new and existing technology, be a fast learner, be comfortable with email, digital calendars, & Facebook.
We are hoping for a person who sees a problem and fixes it rather than waiting to be asked to help and someone who enjoys working as part of a larger team.
