The Warehouse Associate II is primarily responsible for replenishing, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders including accurate verification, completion of paperwork and materials management.
Warehouse Associates perform proper inventory maintenance activities using quality control steps and specified warehouse procedures.
They also operate material handling equipment and maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:
Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC.
Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.
Execute standard procedures for all assigned duties.
Properly read and execute parts tickets and packaging instructions and recognize the distinction between products.
Ability to properly use scanner equipment to scan material into inventory and onto shipment.
Understand inventory processes, warehouse locations and bin layouts.
Pull parts in a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to work safely and follow all BMC safety policies when performing job tasks; recognize safety concerns in the shipping/receiving area.
As required, or directed, operate forklift to transfer finished product and secure product for shipment.
Inspects forklift daily prior to operation and requests preventative maintenance as required.
Keep assigned area clean and organized.
Work as a member of a team Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous forklift operating experience is required.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills required.
Mustr have the ability to set and keep priorities and professionally handle the stress associated with dealing with a fast paced industry and deadlines.
Must be a Team player who is enthusiastic and hard working with the ability to complete work with minimal supervisio High degree of interpersonal skills with solid written and oral communication skills is required Must possess the personal discipline to establish the proper image as a representative of Blanchard Machinery with the ability to meet and work with the customer in a professional manner.
Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
Able to work in a dynamic, fast paced service environment.
Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.
).
Strong problem solving skills and be detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Able to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions:
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside (non-climate controlled) and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.
Job requires standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.
Must be able to lift varied weight.
Use of computer and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
