The Opportunity You will report to and support to the General Manager, and her surrounding team in our Florence Fulfillment Center.
You will plan, prioritize, and completing tasks independently.
You will work under limited supervision and make decisions independently.

Your Impact Receive and independently respond to correspondence from a variety of sources (internal and external).
You will coordinate complex meetings that may involve managing difficult meeting logistics.
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Review and edit documents.
Project administration across multiple departments and locations.
You will engage in complex communications that are diversified in nature and confidential.
What You Bring Education:
High School diploma /GED or equivalent experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience managing Outlook inbox and calendars.
3-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
Fluent in English.
