We are currently seeking a part time or full time Administrative Assistant to work in the Florence, SC office.
This position is primarily responsible for assisting the COO with various administrative tasks related to the operations of the firm.
Responsibilities will include a diverse range of administrative tasks from scheduling appointments and preparing comprehensive reports to coordinating travel arrangements.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in this role.
Key
Responsibilities:
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting firm operations.
Excellent execution of various meetings and events to include Leadership Team meetings, Partner meetings and retreats, etc.
Facilitate various internal meetings by scheduling, creating meeting agendas, note taking, providing timely meeting minutes, and appropriately following up on deliverables.
Draft, edit, and proofread memos, correspondence, meeting materials, and presentations.
Conduct preliminary research on a variety of topics; draft materials as needed Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
Skills and Qualifications Two plus years of related experience working in an executive assistant role - preferably in a professional services environment Strong written, verbal, technological and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Partners, Board members, staff, community leaders and clients.
Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
