Work Hours:
8:
00 am - 5:
00 pm or 9:
00 - 6:
00 pm - Monday through Friday.
Some overtime as needed.

00 and up - Depending on Experience Job Duties:
Performs maintenance services using proper equipment and supplies, and follows procedures for safe use and operation.
Able to perform basic facility repair tasks such as, door hardware, light fixtures, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Verify general landscaping maintenance.
Verify work performed by subcontractors.
Required
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months previous work experience Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check Ability to work fast and efficiently Detail oriented and able to follow directions well Positive attitude and good work ethic Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to reach, kneel, walk, stand and use repetitive motions for several hours at a time Valid Driver's License Clean Driving Record NO PHONE CALLS OR IN-OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
