Wait Staff responsibilities are:
Providing customers with menus Focusing on guests during service hours Greeting guests and presenting menus Making suggestions based on guest preferences Taking and serving food/drinks orders Arranging table settings Keeping tables clean and tidy at all times Delivering checks and collecting payments Cooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff Adhering to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines Wait Staff requirements are:
Experience as a wait staff/server Good charismatic character Customer friendly Able to take and deliver orders efficiently/quickly Good problem-solving skills Must be able to help with Banquet events when needed Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
